The City of Milwaukee, Office of Small Business Development (OSBD) department is pleased to offer our Compliance Reporting and Certification System (CRCS). This web-based software system replaces cumbersome paper processes with a streamlined online process to help facilitate certification processing by City staff and compliance reporting for firms doing business with the City of Milwaukee.
Our Compliance Reporting and Certification System supports our goal to enhance the emerging small business community by maximizing support services and streamlining processes and information access. The system is accessible to City of Milwaukee Departments, Certified Firms, Consultants, Contractors, and the General Public. The following key features are available, depending upon levels of access:
- Enhanced online Certification Directory, with key-word search capabilities and directory download
- Online application for SBE and Section 3 firms
- Communication with Contractors and Consultants via email, regarding certification and compliance issues
- Online and automated tracking of SBE goal attainment
- Online verification of SBE subcontractor payments
- Flexible reporting capabilities
